"The job that was performed went exceptionally well. I didn't have a pick-up truck to retrieve the water heater from a local store, he went over to the store and picked it up for me. He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. I called Affordable Plumbing in the morning and he was right over with in the hour. He hooked up my water line for the evaporative cooler while he was here. The cost was much less than what I had anticipated, a whole lot less. I'm satisfied and thankful. He's upfront with cost and no hidden fees. I would definitely recommend Art Villalobos for plumbing needs. I will use his services in the future.

"Started with a Code 31 - pressure valve - ended with Paul discovering all the original contractor code and installation errors on a 5yr old furnace! We had to change out the too small 2” air intake / exhaust pipes. Paul had to work in an extremely confined space to replace the pipes with a 3” intake/exhaust pipe with minimum impact to finished ceiling and exterior walls. All work was in compliance with a City permit he obtained. In the process, he found the furnace circuit board had a factory “bulletin” that required replacement (covered by warranty). In the end, all work areas were repaired, painted, and cleaned up. He also discovered and repaired a poorly connected exhaust pipe on our tankless hot water heater that would have been a future problem. Paul and his crew did a fantastic job, worked long hours to meet our tight schedule, resolving many difficult complex problems along the way. Very detailed oriented - great value of services provided."

""Bought" a 15 SEER air conditioner, a 13 SEER was installed, price adjusted by company aprox. 20 days post instillation. Had almost a complete payment, company worked with me so I can make payments on the last $800.00 so that I could have an air conditioner as I have a disease called Pulmonary Hypertension that effects the heart and lungs. I appreciate the kindness of Jared Teague. Their personell were all very polite and courteous. Am greatly enjoying breathing a little better as my doctor said I would if I had air conditioning."
