"Walter and his crew did an excellent job completely relandscaping my yard from the ground up. They ground a stump, did the grading, installed retaining walls and underground drainage, installed sod, planted all kinds plants, and laid boulders, gravel and pavers. They also built two giant brick walls that collectively stretched about half an acre. They were professional, respectful, responsive, kind and they showed up when they said they would. A couple times mistakes were made because of me and they corrected it and didn’t charge me. Overall, we received a great value for the price we paid and we highly recommend their services."

"We got in touch with Mountain Side Contractors on a referral and we are so glad we did! They completed 3 retaining walls in a very sloped backyard as well as poured 2 concrete patios and a sidewalk that ran from the back of the house all the way to the back of the yard. They used colored concrete and had a selection of colors and stamps for us to choose from. They allowed us to make a few changes and additions along the way to make sure it was exactly what we were looking for. They also assisted us in raising our block walls. They arrived early each morning and completed everything in the time they said they would. We received a few quotes and theirs was the best. Coupled with great reviews online and a friend referral, they were the obvious choice for the project. They did an excellent job and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to neighbors, friends and family."

In talking with him I learned that his crew also does concrete work. He gave me a very reasonable estimate for that also. They came the next day and removed the tree. "We set up an initial appointment for the service. I called and left 2 messages and they did not call back until 30 minutes after the initial appointment. We then arranged for them to come out 1.5 hours to 1.75 hours after the initial appointment. They came out and cleared the weeds/cactus. After they left they said that they would come back to remove the debris. They stated that they would come back to clear the debris on a Monday but they did not show up. They then stated that they would come back on Tuesday to clear the debris. They were very professional and they did a good job but they were not very punctual or responsive."
