The first project, installing a ceiling fan, met up with an obstacle due to my miscalculation, and he and his crew found a solution to the issue (giving me options) and still got his work done in a timely manner. Honestly, he was not even going to charge me more than originally stated in his bid but that's not fair! My 2nd project involves a bathroom and kitchen remodel to be done in a couple of months.
