"It did not go well. I got conflicting stories from various people. When installers came, one did not speak any English. Neither introduced themselves. The countertop, despite two visits and laser measuring, was done incorrectly, with gaps at all four corners of the sink. They tried filing it in with adhesive, which fell out the next day. They then sent another person who did fix with gaps - albeit there should never have been gaps, but the guy who was to reset the sink, left it dripping on my rug, and then did not put it in straight and I had to insist that he sealed it. They left a mess both times when they left, and never apologized, and I never received a follow up on my satisfaction. The quartz itself is good quality but the service was bad and I would never use them again."

"John and Chris are the best subs that my partner and I have ever worked with. They do not cut corners and won't leave something that does not have a quality look. They recently installed laminate flooring in our whole house, minus the bathrooms. Their sales woman was patient with us as we went back by their shop 3 times to sample different floor types. While they were working on it we let John know we were interested in redesigning our master bathroom and he already had ideas for us as well. They finished up the floor and it looks great. Have gotten a lot of compliments on it already. John and Chris were able to get started on the bathroom right away once the floors were done and got to a good stopping point. It took us a while to get our plumbing and drywall finished but once those were done they came back out and finished the job up quickly. It looks amazing and they did top quality work. My girlfriend loves the bathroom and spends a lot of time in it! We will be recommending East Mountain Flooring to our friends and family and will use them again when we decide to redo our guest bathroom."

Plasco stocks a large supply of bathroom accessories and grab bars and seats. We will provide you or your contractor with quality bathroom materials, including our products, plumbing fixtures and supplies, sauna and or steam units. We are fully licensed (construction and plumbing) for all we services we provide, except electrical work which we refer to a licensed electrician we have worked with for years. We will do as much or as little of your bathroom project as you need us to do. Our showroom is open by appointment Monday thru Friday and on Saturday with prior appt.
