Gary was very responsive and when they started remediation, the black mold was worse than expected. They were helpful in determining the source of the leak, which confirmed the fix we had done. I consider them expensive, but appreciated that they bring their own planet friendly supplies and that they are insured and bonded. They regularly did a reasonable cleaning job, but they do not do what I what call a deep cleaning, wall to wall. Occasionally small things broken, usually, not always acknowledged, as an Angies list reviewer noted, left "turned over". And then, last cleaning, a valuable disappeared. I did not notice it right away, as I do not to an inventory every day. It was in the master bedroom closet, and though I cannot prove they took it, no one else has access to that area of my home. When I called Christy, she told me that had never happened before. Not true based on at least one of the reviews I saw. Also, she was almost too ready with a response when she told me to file a police report, which I did. Needless to say, I would not recommend them."
