The estimate for their work was based on a three man crew working for four hours. Two men worked for less than three hours without completely cleaning up. We were charged the full amount included in the estimate. We will not use them again.

We had a very large 3 trunk tree that was endangering the house and seemed unhealthy. Wanted it cut but not all the way to the ground.Erics team of workers did a great job,gave us just what we wanted. Its now about 8ft tall enough th hang my bird feeders and plants from. No longer have to worry about damage to the house. Will have this team out again for future work. Everything cleaned up and removed. Very pleased.

When first contractor was a no show, I hired a 2nd for difficult stump removal who did not finish the job. La Mesilla (#3) came out and I was impressed with the initial meet and hired. Once into the job, they ran into a big issue, which they explained and then tackled and stump is gone! They also rebuilt a shed for me - framing and new roof. Based on the experience, I will be hiring for weed eradication come Spring and other projects I have in mind down the road.

The staff is courteous, hard working and punctual. They cleaned up and completed the job as quoted.

I have used another local landscaping company in the past and was extremely dissatisfied with their work and customer service. Therefore, I was hesitant to use another local company. But I have to say and share, that Eric exceeded our expectations! He is prompt, professional and easy to work with. He agreed to add another service at no extra charge! Very, very pleasant experience!!

I hired La Mesilla Properties to build a deck and help me improve some neglected land I had purchased. They did a nice job. The deck was level, and attractive. They did a great and affordable job of cutting back my trees, and digging out my culvert They also created a level place on my land. We had one job that ran a bit over cost, which was grading my land and digging furrows. Eric is very easy to deal with. He is extremely friendly and responsive and reliable. He is very polite and fair. I really like it that he has invoices, and I like it that he gets you quotes and invoices quickly. He is organized, and he is a good communicator. I will hire La Mesilla Properties again.
