"Hoover’s was the ONLY one to get back to me and rather quickly. I decided to go ahead and use them. Aaron and Marcos were very professional and polite. Cleaned my HVAC ducts, exhaust vents, and my dryer vent (which was really dirty btw) in a timely manner and put everything back on when they were done. They cleaned up after themselves and even covered my stuff with plastic as they went. They took off their shoes as they came in and put down towels on the corners of furniture and the walls to avoid damaging them. Not sure if they were the cheapest option but they were the best option in my opinion. I’d definitely use them again. Thank you Marshall for answering me back and Aaron and Marcos for taking care of my vents."

Gary was very responsive and when they started remediation, the black mold was worse than expected. They were helpful in determining the source of the leak, which confirmed the fix we had done. " I'm giving them 2 stars to be fair because they sent a technician to my house the same day I requested the service. Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. I received three different quotes ranging from $400 to $900, which I approved. However, the next morning, they called me with a new quote of $2,300. I did not approve this because another company did the same work for $900 in 2024. A few days later, they charged me over $900 for partial work that was done. Customer service promised to review the situation with a supervisor, but they never called me back after getting paid for work I didn?t authorize and that was incomplete. "
