"For the initial consultation Mr. Varela arrived on time. He took time to listen to the whole story about my roof and the failed attempts to fix a leak I had going directly into my kitchen. The main priority was established to fix the leak in the roof before anymore damage was done. Later the metal roof was installed and I am very pleased with my new roof! Mr. Varela and his crew are all very professional and very courteous. The workers always asked permission to access areas where this was a gate and when finished you couldn't find a scrap anywhere. No detail was ignored as far as dealing with everything on the roof such as antennas and my swamp cooler. Very well done! Thank you so much Fort Selden Roofing! "Very disappointing experience with this company. Took more than two hours and were not able to complete a job which a competent local company did in an hour. Scheduling and phone communications were a disaster to get a followup visit. They tried to charge me $270 for a few feet of wire and some keys. I found out from honest repairmen that one of the keys was unneeded and the other could be had online for $17! They did not ever answer my request for a breakdown on the bid. Unresponsive and incompetent. Over charged and under served!"

"I spoke with Dave on the phone, and he sent Shawn out to inspect. Both were courteous and professional. Shawn listened carefully to my description of the problem odor and when it happened. He checked walls for moisture and other indications of possible mold. Although he did not think there was mold based on his examination, I opted for air samples to make sure. The initial evaluation was free - cost was for the air samples and analysis. Analysis of the samples in the lab showed that there was not a mold problem. Shawn helped me troubleshoot for other possible sources of the problem."
