"Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thoroughly detailed. Scheduling was very easy for the initial visit. I was given full details on what the problem was, how it had to be fixed, timeline for receiving needed parts as well as tips for maintenance on the system. When the parts came in, I was notified and repairs were scheduled immediately. When there turned out to be an unexpected issue with the wiring, the owner came out the same day to sure that the replacement was up and running the same day. "If I could give this company a 0 I would. I had hired them to install a new air conditioner based off a recommendation of a family member. The installation went smoothly. However, a few months later, I discovered a broken pump that caused water damage to my flooring. The company came out and fixed the pump and stated they would fix the flooring. 9 months later and two denied insurance company claims later I discovered the company had a lapse in insurance. Chris, the owner for whatever reason has not made any effort to remedy the situation and has not made ANY effort to remedy the damage. Terrible experience, terrible customer service, would not recommend."
