If I could give this company a 0 I would. I had hired them to install a new air conditioner based off a recommendation of a family member. The installation went smoothly. However, a few months later, I discovered a broken pump that caused water damage to my flooring. The company came out and fixed the pump and stated they would fix the flooring. 9 months later and two denied insurance company claims later I discovered the company had a lapse in insurance. Chris, the owner for whatever reason has not made any effort to remedy the situation and has not made ANY effort to remedy the damage. Terrible experience, terrible customer service, would not recommend.

They've been here for about 10 years and more. They're doing it monthly. they're professional, good at their jobs, always upfront, they always told me what we should do and teach me how to program and how they do their jobs.

Service was on August 13, 2020 At a time when some people might wonder if customer service is anything more than a memory, it's comforting to know that CR Refrigeration continues to attend business here in Albuquerque. My wife and I have had problems with our new a/c system over the past two weeks, but acting out of professionalism and concern. Larry was able to sort out the problem and repaired our system under warranty part and labor. Larry professionalism and having established reliable cooling to our home with a piece of mind . I know we found the right company. Larry called on Friday and Saturday morning to confirm that the system was working exactly as it should. Larry's actions were well beyond the call of duty and reflect the best tradition of professionalism that can be found in the business of CR Refrigeration. Thank you Larry and CR Refrigeration.

Our technician, Larry, was great. He really knew his stuff. He replaced the needed part and explained everything he was doing.

I interviewed 9 companies for a new HVAC system; most of them Santa Fe companies. I decided to go with CR Refrigeration from Albuquerque. Their quote came in considerably less than the Santa Fe companies. I was told from some Santa Fe companies to expect to pay at least 20% more because I live in Santa Fe; not from increased costs. Actually the quotes from Santa Fe firms came in closer to 40% more. I researched brands of equipment, warranties and I had a comp for a job done in another state. As there is a lot of competition in Santa Fe, I was surprised that was not reflected in their pricing. I am very happy with my decision. The installation was professional and done in a timely manner. The brand from CR is Bryant which is a sub Carrier line and is well reviewed. And I am getting a 5 year labor warranty. Looking forward to A/C this summer! Cost of service listed INCLUDES Santa Fe tax!

The team was wonderful!  The team manager answered all my questions (and I asked a lot!), they were all patient, professional and friendly.  I got the sense that the workers were treated well and therefore wanted to do a good job and satisfy the customer.  They were on time, they did what they said they would do, and they cleaned up after the job. They really paid attention to all the details, they brought in an electrician to handle that part, and they had different guys specializing in different things.  We have a great warranty, and I know they will be there if we have any problems.  It is now June and we are in a heat wave and I am so happy we had this done.  And I definitely will call  CR Refrigeration again.

They did a wonderful job and completed it one day. They were very fast and very clean. They were very communicative and explained everything they did. The owner came in to make sure everything was going as planed and assured my about the warranty.

The technician can out, examined our setup, determined what was wrong and what parts he needed. He went to the shop, got the parts and was back within an hour. Did the exchange of boards in a very short time, did some extra work on the heater vents, and heater insulation. Cleaned everything up and was gone in just a couple of hours. The heater works perfectly. He did a good job, cleaned up his materials and left. No further problems. Good company to do business with. This was our second time with them.

The technician was even early to our appointment time. He was very friendly and polite. He knew what he was doing and did it well. This company was recommended to me from the previous owner of the house and I'm glad I used them. I'm very happy with the work and will use them from now on.

The experience was good. They came out and did the maintenance and they were very pleasant. They worked very quickly. It cost $95 for the summer maintenance on our air conditioner. I thought they were okay.

I chose them because I did my research, looked on Angie's List and called around to compare prices.

The job went well. They are very good. They gave us a good price.
