Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thoroughly detailed. Scheduling was very easy for the initial visit. I was given full details on what the problem was, how it had to be fixed, timeline for receiving needed parts as well as tips for maintenance on the system. When the parts came in, I was notified and repairs were scheduled immediately. When there turned out to be an unexpected issue with the wiring, the owner came out the same day to sure that the replacement was up and running the same day. I would definitely recommend Fix Right LLC to anyone who needs help with their air conditioner or heater systems. They go above and beyond.

The electrical work went fine and was done timely.  The plumbing work was not good.   According to my contractor, who booked and scheduled this provider, the work was supposed to be done by noon, which was important because this was a Friday and I had already been without a sink for two weeks.  The provider did not show up until after 1 p.m. and then only after repeated calls by the contractor.  The owner showed up and began the processes of hooking up the plumbing for the sink, then his employee arrived and took over the job and the owner left.  It took 3 hours total which seemed excessive.  When the employee was finished, he noticed that there was no power to the garbage disposal and had to un-install it, hook up the electrical cord and reinstall the disposal.  He did not clean up, leaving a mess under the sink and on my wood floor.  That night I ran the dishwasher and discovered the next day it did not drain.  I called a dishwasher repair company and when the service provider arrived and I told him about the previous work and what the problem was, he immediately asked if it was a new disposal.  When I said it was he told me that probably a plug had not been removed.  He promptly corrected the problem and stated that this happens occasionally when a new disposal is home installed.  He said a plumber should know about the plug and remove it as part of the install.  I had to pay the dishwasher repair person, but there was no way I was going to call FixRight to come back to my house.  I can only imagine that they would not have been able to understand the problem and it would have taken considerable time to fix.

It was good. They were prompt and they got the problem resolved. The price was fair and the quality was good, it is still working.
