This would be in preparation of my client(s) and or their Building Contractor submitting the drawings for a building permit.\nI grew up in New Mexico and spent my career designing homes in and around the Santa Fe area for over 50 years. I have designed roughly 700 homes in my career, from Eldorado to Las Campanas. I was also a home builder, so I have hands on experience with every stage of the building process.
