"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

The initial quote was 4 hours with two people at $340. 8 hours, 3 people later, $770 price with taxes later, none of the baseboards were clean, the windows weren't cleaned, the fridge still had stains on it, and the kitchen floor was dirtier than how we initially had it (footprints that weren't cleaned up), the home wasn't swept or mopped, the windowsills weren't properly cleaned, and our kitchen rod was tossed out for some reason. When I asked why so little was done, Margot said they tried their best. They state they spent 4 hours on ONE restroom alone that wasn't even fully cleaned. They charged us for lunch break that they obviously took (there were Burger King wrappers on the floor), and we still had to pay full price."
