Areas needing more attention because of the filth left by the former tenant and her dog did not slow them down. They never let up until they were 100% complete. Everything turned out better than expected and we are very comfortable with the decision to allow Amarillo Steam Team to solve the flooring issue. The end result was better than expected. "the job was completed by 2 men but the fence & gate are not lined up straight; more of a zigzag & gate did not close properly so I had to have someone else redo the gate closure. They did not use a plumb line; just eyeballed it... Luckily it's in my backyard so not many people see it. However, once he started the work other complications were discovered such as mold behind the existing wall.
