First off, they ordered too much material and I ended up paying for it instead of getting a credit or refund. There are areas where the planks dont butt up tight, therefore there are gaps. The trim for the top of the stairs is coming off. The flooring in the bathroom pops when you walk on it. I have called several times and "Drake" told me to call the installer, which i did, and no response. I have called ""Drake" several times and he has ignored my calls. They dont have a problem selling you their products but they dont follow up when needing repairs. I will never recommend them to anyone."
