The young lady that arrived was very young was a little conservative but I decided to see how things would turn out. I expected more in my opinion for a deep clean. Some things were missed so when she left I did let the company know they attempted to send her back to fix the issues missed but we had already left the house. Then they asked me how to fix the issue since they couldn?t send her back we ended up agreeing on her returning on another day. She came back and she did fix the issues we spoke about. If she couldn?t return they didn?t offer to take off any money. They kept professionalism but I would have preferred to not have to schedule another day for a return clean just because of the current situation (sick family member)."

"The serviceman arrived on time. He was polite and dressed nicely. We made a walk through, discussing how the cleaning would take place. His helper arrived and they started moving furniture and objects to protect them or make it easier to clean. They started the cleaning process. When they were near completion they asked me to look around to see if I saw any problems. Then again they asked me to make another check. Large fans had been placed in operation to start the drying process as soon as a room was cleaned. After all of the rooms had been cleaned and the carpets were mostly dry, they removed the rest of the equipment and had me sign off and I paid for the work.
