Some companies just throw a price at you and you have to make sure they are going to do what they say. Julian emailed me an estimate that evening. I hired him to do the work. Julian started the work a couple days later. He was always on time. He was very thorough in protecting my floors and areas that were not to be painted. very courteous of my time and a pleasure to work with. we ended up painting more than we had originally planned and he gave us a great deal on the additional work.
