They deliver on time (including amazingly short timeframes) and on budget (as much as any contractor can be, given the fluctuation in material costs over the past few years). "We got in touch with Mountain Side Contractors on a referral and we are so glad we did! They completed 3 retaining walls in a very sloped backyard as well as poured 2 concrete patios and a sidewalk that ran from the back of the house all the way to the back of the yard. They used colored concrete and had a selection of colors and stamps for us to choose from. They allowed us to make a few changes and additions along the way to make sure it was exactly what we were looking for. They also assisted us in raising our block walls. "Bill did an excellent job of filling, sanding, and painting the columns, vigas, and latillas. For the wood under the portal where we wanted to maintain stain, he did a beautiful job of matching the wood and making the filled areas look natural. He also painted our ductwork and other metal components to color match the stucco, repairing the stucco in a few places along the way. Bill is extremely reliable, meticulous in his cleanup, and fairly priced. Our next door neighbors saw Bill's work and hired him for their project."
