"Grantt came out to take a look at my property and give me an estimate. He was very courteous very professional and gave me a fair price. He said he has two crews that work on projects so this morning a crew of three or four guys came out and started to work. They cleaned up my yard. Mow the grass, trimming and cleaned up the weeds. "Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."

"This was an awesome experience. I had received several quotes and Santos's estimate was honest and fair and there were no surprises. After the project was complete,the wind blew off the panel of my swamp cooler which in turn damaged several shingles and Santos came back and did the repair without hesitation and no charge. They showed up on time and the weather was getting cold and they worked long and hard to get the work done. The crew was very, very respectful of my property and I was impressed by the clean up effort. Went all along the perimeter of my home with a magnet to make sure no nails were left behind. They picked up and hauled off all the debris and trash and put everything back where it belonged. Santos followed up and walk through the project to ensure all my expectations were met.
