He recommended scheduling a service call with a technician who could repair the damage and see what was viable/not viable. Within a week they were back to fix some cut wires and broken pipes. Afterwards, Chuck was able to give us a proposal for reconfigure the system to accommodate the new landscape layout. He put the repair cost as a deposit towards the new work we're getting done, which saved us a few hundred dollars! Very pleased and can't wait for the system to be refurbished in the spring."

I scheduled a spring clean up months before the date. At 5:30 in the evening they still had not come even though I had confirmed the date. I called again and was told a truck was coming. I cancelled it as it was getting too much with shadows and would be dark soon. The owner even gave me an attitude after I told him why I was cancelling his services. Get organized Jays!"
