"I hired this company to thatch my lawn. They responded quickly and got me on the schedule. I explained clearly that I need the yard thatched and the brown spots in my yard removed before seeding. They arrived when scheduled but their work was very poor. When I got home there were 6 bags of clippings that they left out front. The yard looked horrible. The brown spots were still there and there was still thatchings all over the yard. I could run a thatching rake through the grass and still pick up a ton of dead grass. When I called the owner he said the bags were left to ensure payment. He came back out to address the poor work but even then I just got fed up and let them go because they could not get it right and he kept making excuses. I do not know what the previous high marks are for but I would not recommend them."

The fact that he responded so quickly and was so sincere really impressed me. I also have found the technicians (who do the treatments) to be very friendly too. Therefore I’ve upped my rating and intend to use this company again in 2026."
