Contractor requested 50% deposit to secure date. Deposit 400.00 by Zelle 6/26. Work to begin 7/7 Contractor requested extension because of current project going overtime. Okayed. Further delay due to sudden leak and need to repair roof and allow to dry. Contractor not available during August and because of illness (mine) and vacation project extended til September. Lamont set a date of 9/21 but has not been responsive or accessible."

We are a family owned business. we specialize in handyman services which include the following Light demo, sheetrock repair, interior and exterior painting, power washing, carpet removal, deck repair and painting, tree services, landscaping, indoor/outdoor furniture assembly, clean out/junk removal, leaf cleanup, gutter and roof cleaning, snow removal. Despite multiple messages asking for updates or a resolution, I have received no reply. To make matters worse, they have refused to refund the money I paid for the incomplete work. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I trusted them to deliver on their promises, and they have let me down at every turn.
