""Miguel of M.A.S. was excellent!! I called for an estimate for some renovation and he returned my call promptly and scheduled a free estimate visit the following day. Within a couple of days, I received the estimate for replacing broken sash cords in 2 bedroom windows; replacing tiles in one of the bathrooms; fixing a torn screen door on the terrace deck and the big project was patching up the walk-in master bedroom closet ceiling that was damaged from a water leak from the above condo as well as repainting the whole closet. Miguel worked around my schedule on the days that someone would be home and I can't thank him enough for the prompt, professional & quick service. He completed all the ceiling patch work, painting, tile work in 1 day.
