I called Eduardo and he came out the next day to look. He quickly found the problem and saw a few other things that needed fixing. His pricing was fair and competitive so I accepted his bid. There was nothing in writing and because of experiences with other contractors I was a bit nervous but I had no need to be. He turned up to do the work when he said he would and he did everything he said he would do. There were no surprises that would cost me more to fix. He and his people were efficient, skillful and friendly. When they were finished they cleaned up to the point where you would not know they had been there.
