From the guy who did the estimate to the ladies in the office to the men who did the actual repairs, all were professional & thorough. Ken, Joe, & Thara worked nonstop & showed great attention to detail. Nicely done work. Would definitely hire again. Word of advice though. They're very busy so it takes longer to be scheduled but imo it's worth the wait."

"Excellent. Sergiy and his team came when they said they would, worked hard while they were here, were punctual, trustworthy, and paid attention to detail. He showed us pictures of the closet that he was working on for us while we were out of the home to see if it was as we imagined it. We are expecting our first child, and the closet is in the nursery. Sergiy and his team were able to come earlier than planned to finish this project for us as he knew we were trying to prepare the room before the baby's arrival. The baby's closet looks fantastic. They worked effectively and completed the jobs quicker than we expected. Our deck ended up needing more work than we discussed at the estimate, that is always a fear when you start a project, but Sergiy went above and beyond to make sure that the deck looked its best and did not charge us extra money for their time and efforts. We paid the estimated price plus the price of supplies. He did an extra layer of paint on the deck, replaced more planks than expected, and even created space between each plank by sawing a gap (he said there should be a space between planks to prevent the paint from peeling). Our deck looks great and we are impressed with the new gate that was made for it. My Town Remodeling really takes pride in doing their job well. We are pleased with the work that they have done for us, and would definitely use them again."

"the company installed two gates on driveway and one fence.  The workers were terrific  and added extra fencing so that the dog wouldn't go out.  I wish they had thought through the fence gate a lithe bit better.  The workers had to add an extra piece to the bottom so the dog couldn't get out.

"They were fantastic.  They listen & were careful w/ my elderly disabled father's apt., and when there were problems, they coped without complaining.  They had to deal with a completely different installation, a shock to us because it was the same bldg. Different wall materials, layout, etc.  They helped us find solutions even apologized when they could not find a way in one room but had several suggestions for needed materials. They will get the job when I am ready to fix that room.

Once begun (except for rain days), the job was continued through completion. "Initially Mike Meehan himself came to the house as part of the big deal purchase which I hadn't realized was for a type of roof that we didn't have. However, once I told him what we needed done around windows flashing and fixing gutters, he took a look at everything including the rooms that had peeling paint. He also went into my attic to make sure there was no damage there. He wrote up an estimate right then and we scheduled the work for this week on July 30th. He came when he said he would and did everything he said he would do and came back again today to finish up some sanding of the spackling he did inside the house. I am still in shock given my prior experiences with roofing professionals in my area who rarely come when they say they will and in some cases after I decided to use them never showed up with a contract. Meehan Renovations was such a refreshingly pleasant group of people to deal with and I am feeling much better about the ability of our house to weather the next big storm. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
