I got other quotes for the work and Aquifer beat them on price and took the time to explain exactly how he came to his prices and the different components he suggests and why. He stopped by to take a look and ensure he had all of the fittings and such he needed before the day of the job. "We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"I called Elly early Monday morning (a holiday, no less) having had a sleepless night over a major blockage in my home's plumbing. He showed up at 10:00 a.m. and didn't leave until after 4:30. The previous owners had cleaned their grouting tools in the kitchen sink leading to a massive backup in 2 major lines. By the time Elly left I had free-flowing sinks and commodes throughout the house. I can't say enough about Elly. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, and he cleaned up the black, greasy, mess caused by routing out the pipes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, nor to use him again. Thanks, Elly!"

"Everything was great. Harry was very helpful in assisting us with our kitchen design. The kitchen cabinets are absolutely beautiful. The crown molding craftmanship was absolute artistry. The back splash installation fabulous. The installation team was very professional and courteous. We have a severely autistic son that their crew worked around his schedule to minimize the construction impact on his day. We had some additional work performed that included repairing of the drywall damaged by our son, painting of the living room, kitchen, and dining room and installation of recessed lighting in the three spaces. They even replaced our old door doors with beautiful elegant doors. We are so happy with everything. Being mindful of our home, they also consistently cleaned their workspace at the end of the day. We are so ecstatic. It feels like we are in a new home."

He explained everything to me so it was easy to understand & showed me what systems I needed. Turns out my well water has very low pH and he installed a system for the entire house to fix it. Now all my water is more alkaline. He also put a water purification system at my sink so I have water that I use for drinking, cooking, washing my veggies. I feel safer drinking my water now. I don’t have to buy bottled water anymore which I like. I’m so happy because all of it was very affordable with my fixed income. "I had a leak under my sink with water pouring out. Also a leaky washer and warm but not hot water in two showers. I called Mark and he was incredibly responsive, set up a time at my convenience. He is a very young guy, but incredibly knowledgeable. You gotta love that Scottish brogue!! My kitchen sink is a great example of what to expect from him, it was simply a hose that needed tightening. He showed me the problem, including how to fix it myself in the future and fixed it in about 2 minutes. With the washer, he told me it was an issue for the manufacturer, which I appreciated. He was able to quickly turn my warm shower into a hot one. I appreciate his honesty and expertise, he was great. He is the one I will call if I need a plumber again."

"Carlos was punctual and completed the job ahead of schedule. He took the extra effort to ensure the quality of his work met my satisfaction. I needed him to make a 'custom-made' corner cabinet for me. I ordered three 6 inch shallow cabinets that when pieced together would run from floor to ceiling. However, because they were to go into a corner, the backs had to be cut out. Then he had to install shelving to fit the corner while lining each shelf up with the 6 inch cabinet shelf portion. Every shelf lines up perfectly. I had the crown molding for him, but I was curious as to how he was going to finish-off the outside of the cabinet where the pieces were inset into the wall. Not to worry, Carlos manufactured some side-molding for it for a complete finished look. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is superb. He even made sure the top of this corner cabinet lined-up with the top of my existing cabinets. This is the 2nd time I've had Carlos do a job for me. He's going to do my bathroom next!"
