Once again, Easy Flow inspected the new unit and recommended I return it as it seemed the unit was previously installed and removed before being returned to the store. I finally picked up the third unit with a Home Depot employee verifying that it was brand new and Easy Flow installed it. I appreciate that Easy Flow remained while I went through the return process.

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"I called Elly early Monday morning (a holiday, no less) having had a sleepless night over a major blockage in my home's plumbing. He showed up at 10:00 a.m. and didn't leave until after 4:30. The previous owners had cleaned their grouting tools in the kitchen sink leading to a massive backup in 2 major lines. By the time Elly left I had free-flowing sinks and commodes throughout the house. I can't say enough about Elly. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, and he cleaned up the black, greasy, mess caused by routing out the pipes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, nor to use him again. Thanks, Elly!"

The back splash installation fabulous. The installation team was very professional and courteous. We have a severely autistic son that their crew worked around his schedule to minimize the construction impact on his day. We had some additional work performed that included repairing of the drywall damaged by our son, painting of the living room, kitchen, and dining room and installation of recessed lighting in the three spaces. He explained everything to me so it was easy to understand & showed me what systems I needed. Turns out my well water has very low pH and he installed a system for the entire house to fix it. Now all my water is more alkaline. He also put a water purification system at my sink so I have water that I use for drinking, cooking, washing my veggies. I feel safer drinking my water now. I don’t have to buy bottled water anymore which I like. I’m so happy because all of it was very affordable with my fixed income. Now I don’t have to worry about trying to clean stains and be embarrassed when I have people come over to use my bathroom. I would highly recommend them - from beginning to end the process was easy."

"Mark did a fantastic job of installing the new dishwasher. I'm in a 70-year-old building, with 35-year-old kitchen counters. Getting the dishwasher to fit into the space and run properly required a lot of imagination, and Mark figured it out. He's a professional and his work is excellent. While he was working on the dishwasher, he also upgraded some of the kitchen plumbing, so now we're in great shape. He's a real professional!"

"Carlos and his team did a great job for us. We needed to totally replace a small bathroom with a shower. Carlos was very helpful at the beginning by giving us measurements and instructions for the materials we needed to buy. He and his team showed up on time each day, worked very hard, and were pleasant to have in the house. They finished the full job in 5 days, which was what he had told us at the beginning, which involved removing everything from the bathroom, tearing down walls and ceiling, putting up new walls and preparing them for painting, installing a new shower, toilet, sink, lighting and moldings, plus all the tiling (walls and floor). We would definitely use them again for similar work.
