"GREAT! Easy to work with. Matt and Michael were excellent and easy to get along with. Very neat, clean, and professional. They will get my business again. You won't be sorry with this company. The installers would not put the floor down because they noticed a possible water issue, giving me the opportunity to get someone in here to fix that first. "John from J&J Flooring was great! He was professional and knowledgeable. We called him in to relay our carpeting in two rooms after it had been pulled up due to a major plumbing issue. Our foundation/floor had to be dug up and repaved. He gave me very helpful advice about that situation before he even started relaying the carpet. He was quick, efficient, and the job came out great. Decent carpet will last around 10 years on stairs. Some less durable carpets, like polyester, will only last five years on stairs. The ideal carpet, like wool or nylon, can last about 15 to 25 years. You’ll know when to replace it when it starts wearing down. You may have to replace it sooner if it's stained, whether due to water damage or pets.
