"I met with Mark once to review what I wanted in my new garage, doors/windows/electric, etc. The second meeting he had my plans with a virtual rendition. I made one or two minor changes and got my plans on my third visit. After I selected my contractor and the Town needed an additional calculation Mark turned it around in 24 hours and I was on my way to getting my building permit. The contractor didn't have any problems reviewing the plans. He felt everything was in order. I don't anticipate any problems with construction related to the plans. Mark was easy to work, he was thorough, he made suggestions. Mark turned all this around for me very quickly both times. "Excellent! This was my second time using MTL Contracting and once again I am 100% beyond pleased with the services rendered. Matt did an amazing job pressure washing my house and gutters. He also installed gutter guards which look amazing. He was able to color match the roof shingles with the guards. My dryer was not working properly so Matt suggested to clean the duct work and what we found was amazing, it's amazing the house didn't catch fire prior to the cleaning. The dryer works perfectly now, like it's brand new! I will definitely be calling MTL Contracting again for more work around my home this Spring!"

"I had water damage and need new drywall in ceiling and wall and paint.  Let me begin by saying Aziz and his crew are the nicest contractors I have ever dealt with.  He was always very responsive, on time and extremely pleasant.  There were some missed spots and areas that needed correction but as he said "im not leaving until you are completely satisfied."  He was true to his word and when I called him to say I saw some missed spots he came right back. This is really the first time that Ive had a contractor come back to correct his work after they have been paid!  They usually say they will and then dont show up!"
