"Ralph and Peter arrived on time and started the work as scheduled. They examined the problem under sink and identified leakage at the pop up assembly where the drain attaches to the sink, not in the trap. The pop up assembly and extension tail piece in the sink were removed and replaced with new parts. They checked to make sure they had all the parts first. I observed that they knew exactly what to do and worked professionally and quickly to effectively finish the job. They tested the sink and the repairs. Then asked me to inspect what they did. They instructed me on using the sink stopper correctly to prevent damage, something I thought was helpful. No issues with clean up. The job went faster than I expected. I would hire them again."

"We had an emergency plumbing issue at our home that began on a Saturday evening while extended family was staying with us. We did not know where to begin. "I had a severely clogged drain in my basement sink and the water was backing up. A previous company that I hired was not able to clear the blockage. Vannes came to my house on a Sunday and spent a good amount of time and cleared the blockage. I would definitely use this company again. The technician was very neat and polite."

Came out the next day to attempt to snake two clogged tubs on second floor of a side-by-side two family home, connected to one sewer line.. Clog was more severe than expected. Came back next day with partner to find pipe where they join but it was behind kitchen cabinet of both homes. Decided to bypass existing line and run new lines from each tub, join them and then drop a sngle pipe to the basement and reconnect to near the main drain. "Deen and Ahmed are amazing! When I phoned, Dean was able to arrange a next-day appointment, with a two-hour arrival window and a promise to phone when he was en route. Right on time, he phoned to say he would be at my house in 1/2 hour, which he was. Our system is an ancient, over 30 year old unit, which, though still blowing cold, needed a full recharge, due to an apparent small pinhole leak that must have been draining the refrigerant slowly but surely. While many companies would have insisted on trying to sell us a new, high end, expensive system, Deen understood that this would be a major expense, and advised us that it was worth running the old system as long as possible after refilling the refrigerant, and that it would likely get us through the summer, which was a huge relief! While we realize it's risky to refill an older system, which could have leaks, and whose leaks could worsen, we are so grateful to Deen for not pressuring us into taking the plunge immediately by purchasing a new system, while our old system was still functioning, leak notwithstanding. While refilling, the unit began to freeze, so Deen let it sit for 20 minutes to allow the freon to settle, before finishing the process. Rather than rushing off to the next job, he patiently waited the necessary time and safely completed the process. When it came time to pay, Deen was kind enough to give us a break on the per pound cost of refrigerant, since we had purchased a full refill's worth, so that the total cost was in our budget range for taking the risk of trying to last another season with our old unit. I very much enjoyed chatting with Deen, who is an extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and pleasant guy, and will most certainly call him when our system is finally ready to be replaced, which may come this season or next. Either way, I appreciate his efforts at saving us from unnecessary spending, and his willingness and support for the gamble of refilling the system one last time, before RF22 refrigerant stops being produced in 2020.
