Also, we weren't looking for a bargain, we were looking for a dry basement, and Greg was very straightforward about all the costs. They knew what they were supposed to do when they got here, and did the whole job-- as quietly as possible-- in less than 4 hours. They were pleasant to have in the house. They left the place clean. "When excavation was done it was determined that the foundation wall was not as strong as it should be (not surprising for a 92 year old house). A1 recommended to strengthen the foundation by pouring additional cement. A1 took care of everything. Took an extra couple of days to complete the work but well worth it."
