But when the skylight and flashing were removed, Top Royal discovered all the plywood around it was rotted because the existing shingles had been installed wrong. There were small little extras that they didnâ t do - for example replacing the skylights made a mess inside the house that they didnâ t offer to come in and clean. But aside from that they were thorough and professional, and in watching them work I do have peace of mind that the job was done right and will last."
