We had a leak that no other roofing company wanted to tackle. It was a previous contractor mistakes that caused the leak, Jason from Roof Doctors came in and was up to the challenge. He meticulously took apart the roof, found where the leak was coming from, corrected it and put everything back together again. Fro the start when Jason came over and gave me an estimate, he always communicated where he was at with the estimate and kept in touch through the entire appointment process. Would definitely recommend Roof Doctors for any roof leaks!

We had a roofer come out twice to fix the leak in our roof. Needless to say, the leak continued. Roof Doctors came out immediately, knew the problem, and repaired it for a very reasonable price. I wish I knew about them a long time ago!

Even though they were very backlogged, Bill managed to put me on the schedule to repair a leak in the roof. Apparently the contractors that replaced the roof several years ago did not do a proper job with the flashing, and water began to leak into the attic whenever it rained. Pete came out with another gentlemen (I'm sorry to say that I didn't get his name), and they did an excellent job of replacing the flashing, patching some cracked concrete, and also installing a chimney cap. It was very windy today and just above freezing. I'm actually surprised that they were able to work in these conditions. I am beyond grateful, especially since there is now a forecast for snow. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. They clean up any debris, and they are knowledgeable, fair, kind, and very professional!

Called several roof repair services before the next wave of rain came that afternoon, and Roof Doctors was first to respond. They were on the roof within an hour and diagnosed a damaged roof flange where the leak originated. They also completely reviewed the entire roof identifying other defects including the other 3 roof flanges as having similar issues, as well as deteriorating seals around the stacks and attic fan and other holes and damaged shingles. Overall they were extremely responsive, very thorough, and all the while courteous and professional.

Great. The appointment was with a semi-retired gentleman who had his own roofing business for many years with 70 workers. Very knowledgeable, very nice. Afterwards, William got me the insurance certificate and answered my questions. As soon as the rain let up he promptly called up to set it up. Completed the next day. Workers were all so nice, fast and efficient. Comes with warranty so can't be beat. Would hire again.

We woke up to everyone’s worst nightmare, our roof was leaking. Called the Roof Doctors and they came out within the hour. They called multiple times before arriving to keep me appraised of their status which I really appreciate. He came quickly identified the problem and fixed it same day. Hope I never have another leak but if I do I will be calling.

Roof Doctors saved the day! A leak started the day I had a party planned for my daughters birthday. They came out that day and the leak was fixed within a few hours. I was impressed that Roof Doctors gave me a fair price for same day service. Everyone else I talked to wanted to charge double to come out the same day. The Leak hasn't come back and roof doctors recommended replacing a few shingles on different parts of the roof as they were areas that would have probably started leaking in the near future. They also went around the vents and other areas of the roof with sealant. The preventative maintenance saved me a lot of time and money!

Bill and his team were personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had a rental property on the east coast that I see once a year. I reached out to 5 roofers for bids and ideas on how to best tackle the project. Bill knew I had huge time constraints since I would be flying into town to take care of this project specifically. Bill was always on time or early, honest and helped explained his reasoning behind his bid. Bill and his team showed up to the worksite 5 minutes early and didn't leave until the job was done. They finished ahead of schedule and the roof looks great! Thank you!
