If you want an excellent outcome then hire this company. It couldn?t have been better! We replaced over 400 square feet of worn carpet with engineered oak wood flooring in a large master bedroom.  Due to the positive reviews on Angie?s list, Prestige was the first (and only) company we called.  We were trying to find a floor that would come close to the other hardwood in our home, which had been discontinued by the manufacturer.  The estimator, Jim, was an extremely helpful and patient gentleman.  He helped us with our selections and even came back with another floor that he thought would be a better match for us.  He was right. There were some hesitation about pricing but after talking to other neighbors we decided it was fair.  We scheduled the job for the end of July.  It could not have gone more smoothly.  The wood was delivered on schedule, a few days before installation.  The installers showed up exactly when they said they would.  The work crew moved some very large bedroom furniture and removed the unsightly carpeting.  They proceeded to install all the flooring and shoe molding and moved all our furniture back.  They completed the job in about five hours, including the spotless clean up.  Amazing!  A totally professional job from inception to completion.  The owner, David, stopped by to check on the job and to make sure everything was going well. The floor looks beautiful and what could have been a stressful day, turned out to be a walk in the park.  Thank you Prestige. We love our new floor!

The whole process went very smoothly.  Amy initially contacted me to set up an appointment to visit the home and take measurements to provide an estimate.  Once the carpet selection was made, I placed an order and the installation took place 1 week after my first conversation with Amy.  Everyone onsite was professional and courteous.  The work was completed on time.

"Riccardo came to my home, measured the floors to be refinished and provided a quote.  We agreed to the quote and set the date for Nov. 28.  Riccardo and crew arrived on time and immediately began working.  He put the stain samples on our floor to see what they would look like  to make a selection.  A much better way than looking at samples.  His crew was polite, professional and never stopped working.  we chose the dustless refinishing process which truely was dustless.  Each night the crew left the house clean and with no garbage at all.   The oak floors were complete by the end of the second day  and ahead of schedule.  There was a lot of hand scraping on the steps.  The steps were finished beautifuly.   All imperfections from previously installed wall to wall carpeting were removed.   A small area of the oak flooring had to be replaced due to the removal of a previously installed half wall.  The repair is seemless and you have to know where it was in order to look at it. 

All in all,  this was a very good experience with an outatanding company.   I highly recommend them  and will get them back to do our bedroom floors.  Many thanks Riccardo and crew,   my home looks beautiful!!!!"
