"It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."

"Very professional operation. Always called to keep you updated with component deliveries, what day they will arrive to start the project and every day there after. Cleaned up after themselves. Always kept you in the loop in reference to permits . They also recommended an engineer/ architect when we needed one . Help with ideas and recommendations when needed . If and when the time comes to use them for another job I will definitely contact them!"

"Ace aluminum was of limited assistance. No samples. The entire visit to the store was centered around 2 pages from a catalogue. They didn't seem to have any experience with the type of awning we want. They did recommend another place, but did't give us the address or phone number. We'll research it. As usual these things are never easy or convenient."
