"the cleaning is ok, according to my husband. The word"unlimited" on coupon is misleading.  Totally we paid $400 for full house (2 system) air duct cleaning + tax. One by coupon, one paided when the person arrived and said only do one system and we have to pay the other one to avoid scheduling another appointment.
I expect the less then $400, that's what should be called deal. So when the  Ad saying it's originally worth $400, I believed. The DEAL IS NOT THAT ATTRACTIVE. Scheduling with local dealers might be easier and cheaper.

"They were wonderful and they know the process about heating and cooling and what the problem was. They really know what they were doing and aside from that the owner, he is a very educated engineer, he is very confident to do his work. They came to check what's the problem and they came the next day with the parts they installed and fix it.They were very professional then they will give you an update and I highly recommend them."

The tech, Jared was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained some issues with the furnace and did not recommend putting the money into it to fix at this point as the furnace is old but safe and is in working order. He did suggest to replace the furnace in a about a year rather than put 1,000 into it at this point. The furnace is not running efficiently and we know it has not been for quite a while.

Purchasing this house 18 years ago and the furnace being older already , we knew it would have to be replaced eventually.

We are very happy with the service we received and would recommend this company.

Central Vacuum Systems questions, answered by experts

The best way to clean central vacuum pipes is to use a maintenance sheet to dislodge clogs and wipe the inside of the pipes clean. Alternatively, a professional can clean your central vacuum pipes for you.

Before deciding whether or not to install a central vacuum system, consider the pros and cons to determine if it’s right for you.

Pros

  • Increased suction power

  • Improved air quality

  • Reduced noise pollution

  • Longer lifespan than traditional self-contained vacuum units

Cons

  • Higher upfront installation costs

  • Expensive repairs

  • Requires significant storage space

They’ll use more electricity than the average upright vacuum, but not remarkably more. Most power units plug into a standard 120-volt outlet and don’t have significant power demands. You shouldn’t notice an increase in electricity bills. If you have any specific questions about energy costs, ask your installer as you examine purchase decisions. Larger power units will need more electricity for their suction levels.

While caulking is handy for quite a bit of jobs, it’s still limited. Any crack or gap larger than 1/4 inch is best left for a more intensive repair job. When you hire house painters, they should run a thorough check to see what they need to repair before they start the job.

Large repairs that caulking typically won’t do well with include cracks or holes larger than a 1/4 inch, rotted wood, or metal surfaces, such as garage doors.

Regular cleaning, sealing, and inspections help identify problems early and maintain aesthetics.
