"My husband and I recently purchased a house with floor to ceiling windows in the living room. Theyâ re stunning, but the heat they bring in is unbearable. We tried curtains, but I wasnâ t in love with the look, so I talked him into window tinting (he was hesitant, but us women always know best). While I knew it would make a difference, itâ s honestly better than expected! When coming in to do the consultation, we had narrowed it down to 2 options, so Glare Guardians put those 2 different films on part of the glass so we can sleep on it and see what we liked best. Plus, most window film manufacturers will void your warranty if you install the product yourself.

You can easily and cheaply use tin foil or cardboard to black out your windows. Save a pretty penny by cutting either material to the size of your windows and taping it to the window. This is one of the easiest and most budget-friendly blackout solutions, but it definitely isn’t the most aesthetically friendly.
