Jim was professional and fair in price. I received 6 quotes and his took me from start to complete. New roof, new rafters, wrapping plus new gutters. My roof was in a bad shape and I could not be more pleased. My gutters had fallen down, my roof was not safe to walk on. I held my breath everytime it rained or the wind blew. Now I have a piece of mind. Thanks.

Diamond State Property Preservation just replaced the roof on my home and I couldn’t be happier. Jim helped us with filing a claim with our insurance company as we had storm damage and didn’t know what to do first, should we call a contractor or the insurance company. He was professional and helped make the whole process a lot less stressful as we didn’t know what to expect. His crew did an awesome job and the clean up was just as thorough as the work itself. The yard was left the same way they found it upon arrival. I would not hesitate to call Diamond State Property Preservation again.

Diamond State Property Preservation roofing did a great job replacing my 3200 sqft roof, all while in 88-98 degree heat, a 2 day job. The whole team from owner to workers were professional, polite, and cooperative. The roof looks great and even the clean up was done with excellence. Company did a great job replacing my roof! I was prepared to pay a lot to get it replaced and they were able to help me so I only had to pay my insurance deductible. I had storm damage so insurance paid for it. Thanks so much!!!
