"Worked with Shook Awnings to replace the fabric of the awning. Their price was very competitive which is part of why I chose them. They ordered the awning and came to install. They did a great job. They also reset the awning when I had issues with it. It works perfectly now."

"It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."

I was impressed by the detail that the installers had, the gutters were created on-site using a machine in their vehicle and the company also used a sturdy filtering system on top of the gutters which eliminates the leaves entering the gutters."
