"Company rep was on time and friendly, performed work within an hour. However, did not clean carpet to my expectations as many stains remained on carpet. Dry-cleaning process employed did not seem appropriate for heavy stain removal. Ended up renting steam cleaner from Lowes the next day and spending two hours extra of my time trying to remove stains - did a much better job. Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Service is always polite & professional and they accomodate special requests promptly. Punctuality and consistency are extremely important to me and they're excellent at this. They took their time doing a good deep cleaning during their first visit and since then service has been quick but efficient at the same time. I do not like the strong chemical smell some cleaning services leave behind.
