"Bill did a great job!  He spent about 2 hours cleaning the living room and hallway.  He was very professional and polite.  The carpet is about 7 years old and had a lot of wear and tear on it.  there were various stains on it and we had an older dog that had some accidents on it so we weren't expecting any miracles, but we have to say that the carpet looks about as close to new as possible.  We have had the carpet cleaned before by various cheaper companies but none of them came close to the job that Bill did.  There even seems to be more give to the carpet, like the padding somehow came back to life.  There were actually a few spots we noticed after he left and we called Bill and he came back the next day and took care of them.  Very satisfied with his services and we highly recommend him.

"Company rep was on time and friendly, performed work within an hour. However, did not clean carpet to my expectations as many stains remained on carpet. Dry-cleaning process employed did not seem appropriate for heavy stain removal. Ended up renting steam cleaner from Lowes the next day and spending two hours extra of my time trying to remove stains - did a much better job. Service probably ok for light stain removal and refreshing ..."

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Service is always polite & professional and they accomodate special requests promptly. Punctuality and consistency are extremely important to me and they're excellent at this. They took their time doing a good deep cleaning during their first visit and since then service has been quick but efficient at the same time. I do not like the strong chemical smell some cleaning services leave behind.
