While the appointment did not start promptly, he was courteous and professional and worked very hard, hand scrubbing two recliners and a sofa, as well as a standard synthetic area rug. Since I had him here and my stairs and landings were in dire need as well, he did that also. I have a few bedrooms to clean also, and he gave me a good price for them, so I have scheduled a come-back at the end of this month. Good carpet and upholstery cleaning services are not cheap, but a lot of sweat and hard work went into the process, and we are quite satisfied with the results."

Removed 99% of the tough spots - took extra effort to remove as much as possible for the tough stains the kids has made in their rooms.  Bill was prompt in returning our call for service, thoroughly explained all options, provided a timely estimate and was on time to start the job, very courteous and thorough, cleaned up completely after the job.  We were very satisfied with the results.  Price was a little more than we hoped for and we were able to get a credit for going through Angie's List, but we got great value for the cost.

Service is always polite & professional and they accomodate special requests promptly. Punctuality and consistency are extremely important to me and they're excellent at this.
