Small jobs welcome
"I reached out to Continental this past Saturday morning because I had a leaking steam boiler return line and was in a bit of a jam due to the sub par plumber that was assigned to my service request by American Home Shield. Continental came through like a champ! When they arrived they assessed the damage, gave me a quote and told me how long the job would take. I hired them on the spot. They were done within the time frame given and the guys that came out were super friendly and clean. They did a fantastic job all around. So much so that I plan on having them come back next month to do some additional work for me! I would highly recommend them for any heating and/or plumbing work needed. They're responsive, professional and competitively priced."

"Since I called this company the Secretary answered, was friendly, took my info, and said the owner would call back. He called back within 5 minutes, asked some questions, gave some info, and requested I take some pictures of the existing unit, etc. Did that, sent to his phone. He called back 5 to 10 minutes later with an estimate, which he explained in detail, including some caveats (even though my set up looked to be to code, would have to see for sure on site). Said they could do the install within 48 hours, perhaps sooner but not likely - but he would call on Sunday to let me know. He called Sunday morning to say they were not going to be near me but would come if it was an emergency, otherwise, I would be Monday morning. Despite the leaking, which was running OK into my sump pit, I still had some hot water, so said Monday 9 am (Presidents Day) was OK. Ice storm delayed them, arrived at 9:45 after a text advising me they were en route. The crew of 2, nice enough. They laid drop cloths on the carpet/wore booties without having to be asked. They replaced the unit over the next 90 or so minutes, including draining and removing the old unit. Left the work area clean - would not have known they were there. New unit working fine so far. Since there were no complications, the cost was exactly as quoted ($1,445 for Bradford and White 50 gallon unit with side pressure tank, delivery, install, removal of old unit). At first, seemed like a cost on the higher side, but the cost of buying a unit, delivery, and hiring a plumber direct or thru a store, could easily add up to that - then potentially have to chase people, etc. Been there, done that. Had my problem fully dealt with in less than 48 hours by basically making one phone call? If I did pay the more small price for the resulting convenience. The only reason for lack of and on the value is I want to make sure the unit works for a period of time. My experience validates the other reviews I had read on this company. Would not hesitate to recommend this firm."

"Very knowledgeable. George was clear and transparent about the work throughout the process. It can be intimidating hiring a plumber not wanting to get taken advantage of, but he was professional and courteous."

"Moe from 123 Sewer and Drain is a great plumber. He showed up at the time he said he would. He assessed the problem which was a clogged 4"cast iron main pipe and charged a fair price. On top of being a great plumber, Moe is really nice guy. While he was unclogging the drain we talked a bit about some of the recent life challenges I'm facing. I was grateful for his empathy and kindness. Highly recommend Moe and 123 Sewer/Drain LLC."

"Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. Very pleased with 'Moose' and his work team."
