After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. "We paid close to $20,000 to BQ Basements to completely waterproof our basement. We still get water and they told us we need another sump pump installed at over $2,000. They guaranteed we would not get water after installation. Be aware they do not stand behind their work or honor warranties."

"Plumbing is not my forte by any means and Joe came and installed my hot water heater and welded a new valve I had no idea was broken and when he showed me why I was so thankful because if he hadn't I was looking a potential flood in my basement. I don't say this about many people but he was worth every dollar and he was reasonable. I would definitely hire Joe for any project he's reasonable and he's reliable. Thank you Joe"
