THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE, CAREFUL IN MAKING SURE THE AREA WAS SEALED OFF AND WERE VERY CAREFUL OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN REMOVING OLD INSULATION , VACUUMING OUT THE ATTIC ,SPRAYED AREA AND SEALED ANY OPENINGS. BEFORE THEY BROUGHT IN NEW INSULATION, THEY ASKED ME IF I WISHED TO TO VIEW THE ATTIC AND I DID. I WAS AMAZED EVEN AT THIS POINT, HOW CLEANED EVERYTHING LOOKED . "Eric and his team did a great job. They were flexible to my needs (homeowner's insurance was involved), fair on pricing and accommodating with scheduling. I kept in constant contact with Eric through all the milestones of the project which included other contractors and architects. Despite the additional layers of complexity, Eric made sure I was happy. The crew doing the work was outstanding. Chris and Joe knew what they were doing and went the extra mile to ensure I was a happy customer when putting in the new beam and framing out the rafters. While MC Home was put on hold for several months while I addressed the roof and solar install I was also handling, they picked right back up when all of the snow thawed. Frank and Gio came in, listened to my ideas and brought everything to life. While I did invest a lot of my time into the project to handle the porch ceiling, electrical, screen installation and paint, I never would have been able to finish the porch in the same time frame without MC Home. They were a pleasure to work with and were able to provide me with additional contractors to finish the fascias, soffits, gutters and downspouts. It took over a year to call the project complete, but I was NEVER delayed because of MC Home. I'd hire them again if I come across a project I can't handle. Note: The pictures shows off their work (before and after soffits, gutters, downspouts and paint), but these were before I put the screens in. If I can upload more, I'll find some during the actual framing as both sides of the dormer were stripped down and new rafters put in...and to some serious specs laid out by the architect."

He even did his measurements while I was absent and just sent me over a quote which I directly accepted and the work was again done while I was on vacation. Totally great job and everything was handled with car. At that time I also asked for an estimate for new gutters but I wanted to have them replaced AFTER the solar panels have been installed again and this year I wanted to get it done.I used the old quote, placed the order, got confirmed but - and now the best - within the 72 hours cancellation period I decided different and I just met Brian without any hard feeling from his side we cancelled the job and my down payment was immediately reimbursed!
