"My floor was in horrible shape after a lot of neglect. Bill came to my house for a free estimate. He was on time and extremely polite. To show me that they could get the floor clean, which I had doubts that anyone could do it, he cleaned a small section of the floor by hand. I was sold from that point on. On the date of the service, they were on time and finished in record time. I was at work and could not see the results in person. The work was performed as expected using new equipment.  I had a 5x7 rug added to the job for $50, in addition to the $159 I paid via Angie's list.
We did clear the floor ahead of time to facilitate the work.
I was expecting some hard up-selling but Ricardo was very professional.  He did suggest special chemicals for pet stains which I declined.
Overall a very good experience.  I plan to do this on an annual basis.
