"Michael and his staff at Above All are phenomenal. It is nice to experience a company that is all about 100% customer satisfaction in today's day and age. I have a summer rental property and my tenant advised me there were ants in the kitchen. Michael had a technician there THE SAME DAY. The next afternoon, my tenant said the ants were worse. I called Michael and he said that it's not unusual for the problem to get worse in the immediate term because the bait attracts the ants, who then bring the poison back to the nest. Typically, the problem improves soon after that. But he pointed out that he knew tenants paid good money to enjoy their vacation and he scheduled another technician come out the next morning, a Saturday. Being a changeover day, the tenant departed early to beat the traffic off of LBI. I met the technician at the house and, of course, there was no sign of ants. The bait worked just as Michael said it would. But the technician wanted to make sure I was confident the problem was solved since I had another tenant coming in that day, and he treated and baited the property again. I got to observe this time and it is an extremely thorough treatment that they do. Under the house in the crawl space, outside the house, in the kitchen, around the kitchen and bathroom under sink plumbing, under the dishwasher, behind the stove. He even located the nest. And what did this all cost? Nothing! I have a contract with Above All to treat quarterly (at a very reasonable price), and there was no charge to eliminate this problem, despite my offer to pay for their prompt and duplicate service calls. "The sales were great and the young man that always came out to service was great.  They were even very pleasant to speak with on the phone.
Availability was tough, when there was an issue the service person would only be in my area one day per week, so if it happened on a Thursday, I would have to wait until Tuesday to see them.
I had an ant problem and it never really was resolved. I had the top package offered with everything except termite protection, yet when it was suggested to have stakes placed in the ground with some repellent or bait, they would not do it unless I paid extra. Pretty certain that should have been included in my plan. I even heard a "whisper" from one employee that it should be included in my plan.
When it came time to re-up my yearly service, the price increased by $200. After searching around, I phoned them and left a voicemail asking someone to call me back regarding the increase of the price and I never heard from them again.  Therefore I never phoned them again.
I would have used them again if the price could have remained the same and if they could have just included the in-ground stakes. I like the idea of eco friendly pest services and have used that type in previous locations, but this was the only one I could find in my area.

"Our home has been apparently favored by woodpeckers. We noticed 3 holes in the stucco and and some birds activities. But then  a woodpecker fell through the chimney into our family room. We caught  it and let it go,   then called Kyle for help. Kyle responded immediately, scheduled an appointment for the next morning and arrived on time with his helper. The two of them soon uncovered the extent of the damages: 9 holes + nests under the roof + in one case the birds removed and bent a piece of metal holding the roof and built nests under it + they removed the chimney cap to get into the chimney and remove the insulation to build the nest... In short, substantial spread damages. To add  complexity, our house is on the tall side and most of the holes were right under the roof requiring very tall ladders...
Kyle and his helper went to work. I was amazed by their work. All the holes are covered, the roof and chimney are fixed. The birds tried to return, but gave up on digging through the new stucco covering their holes. We thought the charge of $450, for several hours of two persons work, was on the low side and added $50.
