The team of technicians that arrived were professional, clean cut and the hardest working young men I have ever seen, all of them. They worked from 9am until after 10pm. "In October 2018, I was on the market to replace my 30+ furnace and 15+ AC. There were 6 dealers representing two brands visiting my property. I was shocked to learn that 5 were not able to properly size equipment, didn't include ductwork modifications and refused to replace Freon and drain lines. Some were unwilling to talk about differences between product lines, nor modifications to ducts I wanted to implement. On top of all that their quotes were outrageously high. They found and fixed flaws within the air supply line and added modifications to ducts as I requested. Upon completion of a new install, Arthur walked me through equipment, upkeep and thermostat's settings.
