Temperature Masters has been our go-to company for several years. I called them early Saturday morning when I realized the heating was not working. I did not expect to speak with someone but sure enough, Gus answered the call and said a technician would be at our house in a few hours. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem. Santiago provided us the same day with our available options and we decided to go with a new unit. He also provided us with great information on financing and rebates available through PSE&G. The company handled all the paperwork for the financing and I only had to sign the contract. Two days later, the new unit was installed and is working perfectly. The technicians and staff at Temperature Masters are always professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any heating or cooling service or equipment needs you have.

They checked the system and found that everything is good besides some refrigerant that needs to be added but that was not the case. I had to hire another pro to fix the real problem because Temperature Masters, LLC was going to charge me for another service call to come and find out what the real problem is.

They were very precise with what was wrong with our boiler and detailed it in the invoice. A little more expensive than what we were planning to pay but worth the price. Quick and efficient

They came to talked to be and give me an estimate. Liked what I heard and they said if they have the compressor in stock they could install it within.2 days, which they did. Junior and Freddy the installer had the old one out and the new one installed in @2 1/2 hours and it's been working great.

I wanted to install a split AC System in my house and I received quotes from 5 local AC dealers, I decided to go with the Tempeture Masters. Their salesperson (Santiago Francisco) was the most professional, most knowledgeable and provided the most detailed quote with pages of info documenting the equipment and the installation process and what would be covered. The price was very comparable with other dealers but for much higher quality /efficient unit and much better warranty. Installation went great. Temperature Masters is very profesional and polite and knowledgeable workers. I would highly recommend Temperature Masters for purchase and installation split AC system.

Very happy with the customer service, price, promptness and knowledgeable replacement of my oil burning furnace to gas fired boiler. Ivan, the customer rep. and Daniel and his installation crew were all prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. (They even fixed my basement bannister just to be nice! ) They cleaned up well after the job and made sure I knew how to work my new thermostat and acquainted me with the furnace. I had 4 estimates (flood damage ð ) and they were very competitive and reasonable. Highly recommend and will use again

I've delayed my review on purpose for over a month now to make sure the work is solid. So far, I am happy with their service, "Able" promptly analyzed the problem and came up with a plan and Santiago executed it professionally. Unlucky for me, the blower fan broke the next day, called Able and was able to comeback and look at it the same day. After a couple of days, another job well done and the AC has been running without a hitch. I will definitely call them back for any of my HVAC needs for sure. Don't go with the big names, they will rip you off and rob you blind. Support your local businesses!!!
