"The experience of this company was okay. We have reached a few months out and I can finally review. First off, very grateful for remodeling the house and getting the company to start quickly. However, I must say there were numerous workers but many of them rushed many jobs around the house. In addition, workers broke many items outside around the house. I have a few unfinished areas that still need attention and fixing because they either brushed it off or have completely forgotten. I have reached out to the owner, but no response for those areas that are unfinished. For instance, I have a basement window that needed to be replaced as it was in the contract. An area in the back of the house that needs to be sanded and painted per contract. Many items were left behind on the property for owner to dispose. However, these things are heavy. Perhaps in the future, owner(s) should not rush projects. Please try the best to hire properly trained people. Overall thankful for a home remodel etc. However, there are areas which I’m not happy with. Will continue to monitor house overall. All the best."

After working on roofing for over 20 years, I got the skills and courage to open my own company called Lala Home Improvement. This is my own company that I operate with my team of only 5 workers. I am certified by Owens Coning to use and install their products that offer 25 years warranty. Each roof we finish in 2-3 days and will make sure everything is spotless before we leave. You will choose the colors of your roof at no extra cost. I guarantee you your roof will look excellent, but most importantly serve its maximum purpose of keeping rain/snow/wind,etc. out.

"Hired RJ to do a $50K office renovation over a year ago. After a few months, the new flooring they put down had gaps between the boards and the vinyl floors began to crack. They came back to fix it and month later they cracked again. I chased the owner for months to repair the broken floors since they clearly did not do it right the first (or second) time. After chasing them for 6 months, I finally gave up as they refused to fixed the botched job they did. Very poor quality and even worse customer service - hire someone else who takes pride in their work. Now I have to replace the floor with another contractor, which will cost me another $16K+."
