"Contacted me quickly, not long after I completed my project request on Angie’s List. It being the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, they were able to schedule me for the following Wednesday. As it turns out, they had a cancellation and were able to be there on Monday. They analyzed the problem, ordered the part and scheduled a return appointment for Friday. Both appointments were on time, with the repairman contacting me prior to arrival with a call and a text. The text included his picture for security purposes."

"I am giving a poor rating because we have been left with unfinish work in every room of our house and will have to hire others to finish the work . We first hired Klietz and sons to update a bathroom. While it wasn't perfect it suited the purpose for our elderly father. Next we hired them to remodel our kitchen, (measurements were off and we were left with an open space without cabinets) while this project was almost completed we had them re do the rest of our house. This project took about two years. We lived in the house while it was being remolded. Things began to fall apart when there were odds and ends in EVERY room that did not get completed. WE were told to make a list and that it would all be finished up. We have been waiting almost three months for our list to be completed. We have been ghosted and ignored. We paid for all the work in good faith and have not seen the contractor nor any workers for three months. Our fault for not holding back payment."

"I ordered a new Chromebook. They sent me a fake "your item shipped" notice. After I didn't receive it in time for a birthday present (because it hadn't shipped yet), I I told them to cancel and refund my money. I never received a refund because they lied again and they shipped it anyway. It was not even in a box as a new Chromebook, not the same chromebook I ordered, had a huge 3" crack by the keyboard, mouse pad is pushed in, the word "IT" is scratched in the screen, and it is filthy dirty."
