With our over 20 years of basement finishing experience, The Basic Basement Company, we are your top quality basement finishing professional of choice! We have completed over 25000 basements for excited customers throughout New Jersey! We offer basement finishing for basements up to 800 sq ft for $199 a month with 0 percent down! Included: Framing, Electrical (performed by Licensed Electrician #13VH05389400), Sheet Rocking, Doors and, Trim Flooring and plumbing are separate based on project requirements. "We just completed our basement project. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks and we just hit 7.5 weeks. The coordination of each step of the process was fantastic. The only downside is the workers came 1 time per week each of the 7 weeks. I think maybe one week more than 1 crew came, but each stage was done 1 day out of the week once a week (ex: Tuesday the framers came, the following week: Friday the electrician came, the following week: Wednesday the sheet rock guys came, etc.). It would have gone much quicker if each stage was back to back days, but again we were told 6-8 weeks from day one and thatâ s what we got. Gail (who is the point of contact for coordination and payments) was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and helpful. Every team except the spackle team was super clean and picked up after themselves. Paint team was fantastic! The final product is exactly what we were looking for. We definitely recommend Basic Basements!"

"We hired David to insulate, drywall and paint our 3 car garage. Highly recommended and best decision we made. David did an outstanding job. I wouldn?t hesitate to hire him again for any future work on our home. Other than his attention detail and professionalism, he is an all around nice guy. Showed up on time every day and did not hesitate to keep us informed or ask for our opinion when options arose. He went above and beyond to make our garage project successful. He noticed that our garage door tracks were a out of alignment and made adjustments to correct the poor tracking when they opened and closed. This wasn?t part of the job but he took care of it anyway. I had planned to install slat wall panels myself in multiple places around the garage after David was finished. However, I decided to ask David if he had time to do it instead of me. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate my request by adding the installation of the slat wall panels to the job. Our garage is now a place of beauty. We could not be happier in the way it turned out and our decision to hire A&L Home Remodeling."
